We're looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a wonderful small college in Carshalton. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and carers to provide individualized support to college students with additional needs, including Autism and Complex Needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with teachers to identify students who need additional support and develop individualized support plans.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with learning difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement differentiated lesson plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
- Assist with classroom management and organization.
- Build positive relationships with students and families.

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:45 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
- Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
- Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Being able to carry out personal care to the students as part of the role.
