An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior PMO to join a well-known company within Financial Services who are based in the region of Brighton.

The Senior PMO will look after the Delivery and governance of all transformation programmes. They will work alongside the Project and Workstream leads as well as the PMO Planner. The PMO Lead will provide oversight across all transformation Projects, deputisingfor the Head of Business Transformation where required, including attending Governance forums as necessary.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support projects in line with the change methodology, ensuring standard and quality is high throughout, including quality and stakeholder communications.
- Manage programme-level Lessons Learned repository; identify key areas of improvement addressing these through process changes or other corrective action.
- Manage the programme change controls, ensuring they are adequately impact assessed and relevant project/programme artefacts and plans are re-baselined, reflective of changes.
- Communicate changes to all relevant Stakeholders and ensure documentation or templates accurately represent this.
- Manage and maintains all resource forecasts and plans to effectively manage resourcing within budget, working closely with the People Services team. Also engaged with external Resource Partners and Contractors, including managing IR35 determinations.
- Create and implement MI around Change Initiatives financials status and forecasts, Capacity planning and Resource Utilisation, Milestones and Benefit realisation, demonstrating the performance of the teams and Projects, and reporting to a Business wideManagement Committee, as well as deputising at Exec/Board sessions as required.

**Skills required**:

- Resource Planning
- Experience in a senior role
- Experience of both Agile & Waterfall change methodologies, including Agile adoption and Agile PMO Practices.
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations is preferred.
