**About the role**:
Its a really exciting time to join the Powys Children's Services as an Intervention Worker, within the Child Exploitation Team. You will be apart of a small but dedicated team with access to regular training and wellbeing support. We support a blended flexible working approach both at home and across of Council Offices as well as regular time together as a Team.

**About you**:

- You must be passionate about children's safety and wellbeing.
- A willingness to develop your learning and expertise in safeguarding, identifying and responding to exploitation.
- Confident in using Microsoft including outlook and Teams.
- A clear and adaptive communicator.
- Be able to share written information that is clear and concise.
- Be able to work as part of a team and remotely.
- A sound understanding of digital competence to support awareness raising across various audiences.

**What you will do**:

- Work directly with children and families. Co
- producing intervention plans and meaningful measures to promote safer outcomes.
- Build open, honest and meaningful relationships with children, families and professionals.
- Supporting the voice of the child and family within their multi-agency meetings.
- Record evidence based information in a timely way across various formats, such as in case notes and reports.
- Develop and facilitate awareness raising campaigns across schools and within the community.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,979.00-£27,334.00 per year
