Our team ensures that non-new stock and business recalls are either returned to the supplier or sold to third party vendors and as an Administrator, you’ll help to make this happen. You’ll enjoy working as part of a supportive team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role, from time to time you may be required to work from our Newark site on Long Hollow Way.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Raising invoices using reverse logistics systems and managing the exit of non-new and business recalls stock
- Supporting the Returns Commercial Services and Operations teams in the day to day running of the department
- Ensuring accurate up to date stock exit information is provided for the relevant business areas, updating systems, various financial trackers to manage exit in line with budgeted costs
- Identifying and processing of all returns via our processes and systems

You will need:

- Great communication skills with the confidence to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strong Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Analytical thinking skills
- Excellent time management skills to allocate and efficiently manage own time
- Previous experience of working in a Reverse Logistics environment would be desirable
