Handyman/woman/gardener

Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, or equipment
- Install or assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, such as mowing, trimming, and watering
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems
- Perform basic carpentry work, including framing, drywall repair, and painting
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping and landscape maintenance techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
