**Role**: Senior Administrator
- **Location**:Dukinfield
- **Salary**: Depending on experience
- **Hours**:8am to 5pm, with an early finish on Fridays.

**Duties as Senior Administrator will include but not be limited to**:

- Reviewing work in progress costs against budgeted costs, analysing any cost over spend
- Customer and product analysis, reviewing packages of work
- Analysing previous costs to support sales and estimating team
- Approve contract reviews
- Sales forecasting
- Reviewing supplier terms and conditions for final sign off
- Produce various KPI’s
- Monitor Advance Production Reserves
- Handling training
- Providing cover and support in processing wages, annual leave requests and processing timesheets.
- Manage customer commercial issues
- Regular reviews with accountant around work in progress and overheads
- Resolve sales ledger debt issues
- Processing sales invoices
- Raising recharges
- Processing new customer/supplier invoice queries
- Processing purchase invoices
- Resolving customer/supplier invoice queries
- Raising purchase orders
- Handling suppler statement reconciliations

**The successful Senior Administrator will possess the following skills**:

- Experience within manufacturing is essential
- Knowledge of accounts and costings is a must
- Experience with SAP and Excel including V Look-Ups and Formulas etc.
