**Your new company**
Hays Education work with a variety of primary and infant schools across the Telford area, with temporary and permanent classroom staffing needs. We support primary schools with classroom cover for emergencies, planned absence, longer term sickness cover, interimvacancy cover and intervention support. There is currently a high demand for Key Stage 1 Cover Teachers in the Telford area. Working closely with a number of primary schools in Telford, we will help to match you to the right job as a Key Stage 1 Cover Teacherin your area
**Your new role**
Upon successfully registering as a Key Stage 1 Cover Teacher with Hays, you will be carrying out general teaching duties in the absence of the class teacher. You may be asked to cover a number of year 1 and/or 2 classes. You will be delivering pre-planned KeyStage 1 lessons given to you, as well as marking in line with the specific school policy and provide feedback to the teacher in a detailed handover. Cover is required on a same day and sometimes advanced basis - this can be the day before, or even a monthor two in advance, if providing course cover.

In return for working as a Key Stage 1 Cover Teacher for Hays, you will receive a competitive rate of pay. Throughout your career with Hays, you will have the full support of a dedicated consultant, with 15 year's of experience, 10 of those within the PrimaryEducation sector. Flexible working options are available, where you will have the opportunity to choose the days of the week that you want to work, as well as being able to choose the year groups that you teach. You will benefit from working across a varietyof primary schools, where you will build up a rapport and the option to work regularly at the schools of your choice. If you have not already completed your safeguarding training within the last 12 months, you will be provided with this for free through ourHays App. If this role does not interest you, but you know someone who would be interested, we offer an amazing 'Refer a Friend' scheme where you can get £250 if the person you refer completes 20 days of supply with us
