Hygienist/ Therapist

We are a friendly, family run private practice in the centre of Chichester. We are looking for a hygienist/ therapist to join our supportive team. We offer modern equipment, Air Flow machine and experienced nurse support. 1-2 days per week, exact days negociable.

**Duties**:

- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing
- Take and develop dental x-rays and other diagnostic images
- Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care measures
- Administer local anesthesia as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation (Kodak R4)

Required:

- GDC registration
- Indemnity insurance
- Self employment status
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

**Experience**:

- Dental Hygienist: 1 year (preferred)
