An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Catering Department at Queen Margaret Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated supervisor to join our department. The working hours for this post is 1.30pm to 7pm.

You are required to deliver a high standard of Catering Services within the Hospital to patients, staff and visitors whilst maintaining a clean, safe working environment. You must have a working knowledge of HACCP, Health & Safety & COSHH procedures. Previous experience in a Catering environment at a supervisory level is essential, as is a good knowledge of work procedures, practices & equipment through a combination of experience and professional qualifications.

**Please note the salary scale for this post is pro rata for part time hours.**
