Workstream Lead

Job description

**Permanent, Full Time, 37 Hours**

This role is a combination of office and home working. We are currently looking to recruit three Workstream Leads to the Programme Management team in the Housing Service.

As a member of the programme team, you will be working on the implementation of new housing systems, the post holders will work with the system suppliers and key stakeholders, taking a leading role in delivering a range of tasks associated with the implementation of the new systems. In summary this will include process redesign and build, production of work instructions, data cleansing and migration testing, functionality testing, developing, and delivering training to colleagues. As part of the team, you will support colleagues in the delivery of projects, producing the necessary reports as required by the Programme Manager.
