The Data Associate is primarily responsible for the accurate set up and maintenance of customer, supplier, SKU and bill of material component master data in the Premier Foods SAP systems while conforming to service level agreements and auditable workflow processes.

The Master Data Maintenance team is the first point of contact for business and 3rd party colleagues for a variety of master data queries. The Data Associate will be expected to work with key stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve master data attributable issues while ensuring any changes that are made are consistent with best practice data quality standards.

The Data Associate’s role interacts with all parts of the business, including (but not limited to) AP, AR, sales, marketing, factories and planning, so communication skills and flexibility are key and a willingness to understand how master data impacts and is used in each area. The Master Data Maintenance team must be able to provide full documentation of accountability regarding master data changes to internal and external auditors when required.

**What You'll be doing**:
Acting as primary point of contact and responsible for Premier Foods master data maintenance as defined by business processes

Being be the primary point of contact for the resolution of business and system issues relating to master data

Developing and documenting a centre of knowledge and expertise relating to all Premier Foods master data objects

Ensuring master data maintenance SLAs are met

Ensuring master data maintenance audit requirements are met

Ensuring SAP master data best practice is followed where possible

Reviewing and continuously improving the master data maintenance processes either through business change or by identifying efficiencies

Ensuring data standards are applied to master data objects and continuously reviewing and improving

Feeding back to the business and proactively resolving incomplete or corrupted master data provided via the business workflows

**What we need from you**:
IT support expereince (preferably with SAP)

Previous experience in a master data role

Proven Communication/ Problem Solving skills

Keen attention to detail

IT Literate & general database experience

Comfortable using Excel
