A new opportunity has arisen in for an technical individual to join the materials team within this established company.
This company are one of the world's most famous company's within their industry; operating around the globe they have gone from strength to strength due to their consistently strong order book and innovative techniques that push the boundaries.
This company are looking to progress in the current fields they operate, whilst having a more conscientious consideration of ways they can reduce their carbon emissions.
In this role you will create and maintain part and BoM details within the ERP system. You will prepare costs from drawings to decide the best method of supply and if required select the most appropriate subcontractors.
This is a perfect role for individual with great attention to detail, who wants to learn and immerse themselves within the design and commercial side of this company. On the job training will be provided, giving you more information on the manufacturing processwithin the company, and their ERP system.
The Role:

- Create and maintain part and BoM details within the ERP system
- control daily procurement processes for purchased and/or subcontracted items
- prepare costs from drawings to decide the best method of supply

The Person:

- Engineering degree
- Can read technical drawings
- Good time management
- Attention to detail
