- **Hours**:37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We're recruiting for a Purchasing and Sales Assistant to work full time in Littlehampton for a successful electronic manufacturing company, working in a fast paced friendly environment.

Your role for a Purchasing & Sales Assistant will include:

- Building relationships with external suppliers and customers
- Managing order flows and stock intake
- Following internal processes and procedures
- Learning the company's computer software system
- Planning, placing, and negotiating purchase orders for immediate and long term scheduled orders
- Liaising with the different departments to ensure correct materials are used to meet production requirements

Ideally, you'll have previous experience in a Purchasing and Administration environment, but full onsite training will be given.

This is a full-time role Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with the starting salary of £19,000 up to £21,000 depending on experience and will be reviewed after 3 months.

The hours between Monday to Thursday are 8:30am to 5pm and on Fridays 8:30am to 2pm.

Part time to accommodate school time hours can be arranged for someone with the right experience, which will be in pro rata.
