Hotel Receptionist

**Oddfellows on The Park** is a 22-roomed boutique hotel; home to The Galloping Major restaurant, The Stud Room bar and wonderful events space, which all inhabits the beautifully restored Victorian Bruntwood Hall. Set amongst the 100 acres of Bruntwood Park, Cheadle, it offers a stimulating accessible work environment, close to Manchester city centre and surrounded by nature.

We’re looking for an excellent **Hotel Receptionist** to join our reception team, who will play a key role in the Front of House experience.

Reporting to the Reception Manager you’ll be responsible for greeting and welcoming our guests and ensuring they have a smooth departure. You will be working on the rota basis including weekends covering both early and late shifts. Experience working in a hotel reception would be fabulous but a passion for customer service and high standards of personal presentation would be great. Great communication and organizational skills. Warm and approachable personality, you’ll have a real talent for engaging with guests and handling a challenge with confidence.
