Factory Supervisor

Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full time, temp to perm Press Shop Supervisor to join a busy and expanding company based in the Telford area.

**Personal Conduct**:

- Punctual and attentive to detail
- Good timekeeping and attendance record
- Flexibility in tasks undertaken within the workplace

**Skills Required**:

- Must be computer literate in all Microsoft packages
- Proactive, motivational and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Innovative and well organised
- Manage all production activities on the shop floor and warehouse
- Ensure company procedures and health and safety are being adhered to at all times
- Monitor output and resolve production issues and delays
- Minimum of two years within a manufacturing environment, preferably factory orientated

**Hours of work**:
08:00am - 16:30pm dependant on business needs

**Rate of pay**:£28,000 per annum

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
