**About The Role**

They are also required to work with Lecturers to produce differentiated course related resources and independent learning resources targeted at student gaps in knowledge. Also to be able to support specific needs of students with learning difficulties, such as Autism, cognitive learning difficulties/ disabilities.

To deliver a rolling programme of one-to-one and group support, either in the classroom, curriculum area like a salon or workshops or in the purpose built English Centre for all students studying GCSE and Functional Skills Maths and English.

To provide classroom cover for English sessions in the absence of a tutor's per the cover policy.

We pride ourselves in the support we can give those who are new to teaching/support, with ongoing training and coaching through our Teacher Academy and CPD Hub. **About You**

Assessing and tracking student progress, to further plan intervention this will be a vital part of the role and ensuring all students develop the skills they need to succeed.

You must have a positive outlook, be professional in the work place and set high standards for learners, but be empathetic towards our learners challenges and work effectively with a range of staff, students and parents to ensure the best learning outcomes for our students.

Whilst experience would be an advantage what is more important is your enthusiasm to motivate and inspire our learners, to achieve and fulfil their career aspirations.
