We have an excellent opportunity to join our On-Board Catering Team based at Norwich Station. Please note that this is a fixed term position expected to last six months.

**The Role**

The Key Focus of this role is the retailing of Food and Drink On-Board our trains between Norwich and Liverpool Street from either the Cafe Bar or via an At-Seat Trolley Service. You will use your skills to drive sales and provide a high level of Customer Service as part on an On-Board Team and in addition to service duties will include providing information and assistance to passengers and some light cleaning duties.

This position will require you to work a combination of early starts, late finishes, and weekends with the earliest start time being 0530 and the latest finish time being 0200 - shifts are a combination of 5 and 10 Hours in length.

Full uniform will be provided, to ensure that you embrace our values and brand as a business.

Published Salary is a starting point with Salary increases every 6 months over a 2 year period to the full rate of £21,636.

**What we are looking for**

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role. This role will require you to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining integrity at all times.

Experience in a Customer Service environment is desirable however full training will be provided.
