We design and develop the collections at our studio near Putney Bridge, London, taking inspiration from trends in Fashion but also from the wider world of art culture. Attention to detail and touches of femininity make our everyday styles feel luxurious, yet laid-back and wearable.

At Poetry we are looking to hire part-time Sales Specialists to work in our flagship store in Chelsea
- Sloane Square, London. Where you will join and become part of our Poetry family, working in a supportive environment in a customer-facing role.

**Responsibilities**

The responsibilities of the Sales Specialist will include but not be limited to:

- Act as an ambassador for Poetry.
- Develop & maintain excellent product knowledge.
- Develop & maintain an excellent use of our till & operating systems.
- Effectively work as part of the sales team.
- Have good literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
- To build excellent customer relations.

**Your Development**

At Poetry, we will work together in the development of your role, through support and training on the best practices of delivering exceptional customer service, personal styling, and visual merchandising as well as guiding you to progress and grow your career in a Retail environment.

**On offer**

On offer for the successful Sales Specialist at Poetry is an hourly wage of £13.50 per hour as well as additional benefits and discount on products across the Selective Marketplace brands. The role available is part-time working 12 hours per week, over 2-3 days on a flexible working pattern.

Our store is open between 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11.00am - 5.00pm on Sundays.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
