We are partnering with a code for good giant who are on the hunt for a **Senior Cloud Engineer**. They are a world leader in the development of technologies to support reading & writing. The company employs 340 staff across 2 separate divisions, Education & Workplace with offices in UK, USA, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Australia.

**What you will do as a Senior Cloud Engineer?**
- Drive cloud infrastructure excellence and best practice across the organisation
- Work closely with our development teams to maintain existing and build new cloud infrastructure
- Take ownership of our infrastructure budget and work hard at keeping costs down.
- Ensure the company is compliant with our cloud infrastructure ISO 27001 policies and work to improve these procedures

**Skills required as a Senior Cloud Engineer**:
**_Essential:_**
- Minimum 5 years experience with AWS
- Experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
- Experience with deployment automation and build tools
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure costs

**_Desirable: _**
- Experience with GCP or Azure
- Programming experience, ideally in Python or Javascript
- Experience with ISO 27001 policies & procedures
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience with Azure DevOps
