Graphic Designer

**TSP BACKGROUND**

The Sleep People are a privately owned manufacturer of mattresses. They have experienced significant growth during the last fiscal year and have plans to significantly grow the business further into other sleep-related product categories.

We are building a strong sales team and now require an experienced person to develop and optimize imagery across our sales channels.

As the Graphic Design Artist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company. If you know you have the required skills and experience to fulfil the responsibilities of this role, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**:

- Create visually appealing graphics and designs for various digital and print media platforms for web based product listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts
- Design and produce marketing materials such as product imagery optimisations, banners, website images, rendered product imagery, Amazon A+ content and image/video content for social media posts and all other sales channels. -Create rendered 3D cutaways of products within our range.
- Edit and enhance photos using Adobe and other editing software.
- Develop concept layouts with briefs provided by the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Run the social media accounts ( instagram, tiktok ) and keep them up to date.

**Experience/ Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or similar).
- Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices
- Knowledge of softwares for image design purposes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to construct 3D images, A+ content and room sets

Note: Photography skills are a plus but not required for this position.

**Salary/ Working Hours**

Full time position 42.5 hours per week, start/finish times to be discussed.

£25,000 per year
