**Hours** - Full Time: Monday-Friday

OC Motor Repairs Ltd, established for over 10 years, is an insurance approved accident repair centre, that ensures the highest quality standards are maintained, specializing in car body repairs and crash repairs.

Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are looking to recruit a Vehicle Paint Sprayer for our centre in Reading.
- Prepare vehicles to be painted by hand or machine
- Mix and match paint by eye or by using computer technology to ensure correct colour match
- Remove masking papers before waxing and polishing finished paintwork
- Treat vehicles with rush-proofing chemicals
- Working in a spray booth to ensure paint is confined to the specific areas
- **Skills and Competences**:

- Skilled in the profession with a minimum of 1+years service
- Comfortable in a painting environment
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organized
- Keen to support others and a cooperative team player
- The ability to maintain a consistent high standard whilst under pressure
- Able to complete work from start to finish within the time frame given
- Customer focused and team oriented
