Electronic Assembler
Respected artists rely on our equipment and it is used in some of the world’s most prestigious installations. It is shipped all over the world and must be reliable. The work requires a high degree of attention to detail and a test will be given. Duties will include:
The ability to recognise electronic components
Extremely neat soldering
Fabricating cable assemblies to a high standard
Reworking PCBs where needed
Payment will be hourly (dependent on experience) if performed at our workshop, or on a per-assembly basis if performed remotely. People with the skills we are looking for are hard to find, so if you are the right person, you will be in a strong position as we will want you to stay with us.
Hours will be flexible, so you can fit the work in around other projects or studies. There will be a minimum needed of 20 hours per week, but there is the opportunity to take on more.
An interest in audio hardware might be an advantage, but skill in manufacturing electronics assemblies is the most important priority.
