**Administration Assistant Responsibilities include**:

- Check All Incoming Stocks and ensure they registered correctly on WMS
- Ensure stocks are stored in the correct temperature controlled locations
- Create Clear Labels for scanning
- Track Expiry Dates to ensure efficient stock rotation
- Monitor threshold Stock Levels.
- Manage Returns efficiently
- Monitor Stocks consistently
- Any general stock control administration needs to ensure the smooth movement of stock
- Working in a multi temperature controlled warehouse environment

**Administration Assistant Requirements:**:

- Personal organisation, planning, prioritisation of tasks.
- Effective time management.
- A proactive pleasant approach.
- Initiative and ability to interpret brief instructions to ensure all aspects of a request are planned for.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving experience.
- Effective 1:1 communication, including an ability to train people in use of systems and procedures.
- A flexible approach.
- Proficiency in WMS Systems and MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
