**Summary**:
This expanding specialist vehicle hire company who have recently achieved PLC listing are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to work closely with the CEO to lead the next stage of growth. Therefore, experience from a large, corporate environment that has undergone a growth journey whilst delivering a first class customer support service is required as well as having excellent leadership skills and able to drive cultural and process changes required to support the business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
- Implement business strategies in tandem with the CEO
- Drive cost efficiencies and the productivity levels for the group operations to ensure EBITDA targets are met
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, clients, partners and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant bodies/regulations

Key Skills/Experience:

- Previously operated in a large, corporate environment such as a PLC that has experienced a growth journey
- Five or more years of experience in an executive leadership role
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues

Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
