Contract Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Location: Moorlands Prison, Doncaster

**Salary**: £22,660
Shift patterns: Days - any 5 from 7

**£1,500 on boarding bonus to be discussed at interview**

**PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to under-go Ministry of Justice enhanced security clearance if you are to be successful for this position**

No two days on our HMPPS contract are the same. You will play an integral and leading role in offender's lives, where you will work with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation in a warehouse environment. - A good understanding of operational processes
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Able to work in a demanding environment
- Driving licence essential as you may need to visit other HMP sites in the area
- Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach

- To ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
- Be able to work in a prison environment
- To reconcile stock levels
- To look at projects / initiatives for continuous improvement
- Managing a group of Prisoners in a work environment
