**The Role**: Accounts Assistant

**The Hours**: Flexible hours weekly

**Location**:Storrington (Working from home)

**Salary**: £23,000 - £24,000 (Full salary)

**Job role**
- Processing and checking supplier invoices daily on Xero & Salesforce
- Invoicing customers
- Sending out statements weekly to customers
- Liaising with the sales team and suppliers on orders and ensuring we are being invoiced correctly.
- Chasing up invoices from suppliers
- Ensuring all orders are invoiced on the system.
- Cross checking the Sales Account manager dashboards on Salesforce to ensure they match up with the figures on Xero.
- Dealing with customer account enquiries
- Setting up supplier payments on Xero and ensuring they match up with our supplier statements and sending these over to the MD for payment.
- Reconciling the bank account through Xero
- Taking payments from customer through our online portal
- Sending out proformas to customers and chasing up the payment before letting the account manager know it’s been paid.
- Setting up customer accounts and credit checking to negotiate payment terms.
- Assisting the sales team with raising vouchers and price concessions when needed.
- Xero experience is beneficial.
- Accounts experience
