Experienced Barista

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at the best coffee house in Marlow. We are after someone who is passionate about coffee, wants to learn more about the coffee industry (we roast our beans onsite) and wants to join an exciting, fast paced cafe.

Experience in making quality coffee is essential.

The job will also include mucking in to help the rest of the front of house team, enthusiastic customer service and a strong work ethic.

We are a growing company with opportunities to grow and develop into new roles as they become available throughout the company The shift pattern is 8-3.30 so plenty of time to get on with your life outside of work...

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista experience: 2 years (required)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
