Mae’r Gwasanaethau Byw’n Annibynnol yn cynorthwyo oedolion sy’n agored i niwed i fyw yn annibynnol gartref a bod yn gysylltiedig â’u cymunedau eu hunain trwy wybodaeth, cyngor a chefnogaeth wedi'u teilwra - gan alluogi pobl i reoli eu bywydau eu hunain.

Fel swyddog atebion llety, byddwch yn gyfrifol am gydweithio gyda'n hawdurdod lleol, iechyd, a phartneriaid y trydydd sector i hwyluso rhyddhau o’r ysbyty amserol a diogel, drwy ddatrysiadau tai a chymunedol.

**Beth Rydym Ei Eisiau Gennych**
Bydd angen i chi feddu ar brofiad o weithio gydag oedolion sy’n agored i niwed a deall eu hanghenion, a meddu ar ddealltwriaeth a phrofiad o asesu incwm a sicrhau bod cymaint o fudd-dal â phosibl yn cael ei hawlio. Yn ogystal â gwybodaeth dda, dealltwriaeth a phrofiad o’r sector tai.

Bydd angen i chi feddu ar sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol gyda’r gallu i wrando, gweithredu a hysbysu. Bydd angen i chi ffurfio partneriaethau â gwasanaethau a sefydliadau mewnol ac allanol. Byddwch yn treulio rhan fwyaf eich amser yn rhyngweithio â chwsmeriaid ac yn ymateb i’w ceisiadau ac ymholiadau. Byddwch fel arfer yn gweithio wyneb yn wyneb â chleientiaid yn bennaf, felly mae sgiliau cyfathrebu, gwneud penderfyniadau a dadansoddi cadarn yn hanfodol er mwyn sicrhau y caiff cwsmeriaid wasanaeth prydlon ac ymatebol.
