- Build meaningful and effective relationships with all stakeholders.
- Manage the Community Engagement Plan, ensuring all responsible people within the plan are aware of their areas of responsibilities/actions and deadlines.
- To arrange, attend and minute relevant meetings as required, subsequently assigning actions to relevant individuals, and updating the Plan accordingly.
- To report bi
- weekly on Community engagement activity and outcomes
- Ensure the resources are available - arrange travel, room hire and equipment as required.
- Visit and be visible within the local and surrounding areas, by ensuring you meaningfully communicate with stakeholder whilst in Pitlochry. Further Identify initiatives which could enhance Community Engagement.
- Assist with the administration in connection with the Advisory Board.
- Distribute posters and leaflets as required.
- Engage with schools and colleges within the area promoting areas where they could be involved with the Event.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
