Branch Supervisor

Due to expansion, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. Supporting the business owner in all aspects of the business, this is a great opportunity for the right person to build on their current skills and to encourage, grow and develop the existing team.

The Person

Previous supervisory or management experience would be preferred but is not essential should the right individual present themselves, however they must possess a professional attitude. The ability to operate under pressure is a strong advantage, supported by the business owners and other managers where needed. Previous “HR” knowledge is not required as training in this area will be provided.

The Role

The role involves working within a small team and includes the following responsibilities:
- Working alongside existing sales team members and reporting directly to the business owners.
- Liaising & overseeing of staff in other departments
- Providing clients with quotations, confirming stock levels and delivery availability
- Processing of client purchase orders onto our business software.
- Coordinating and placement of purchase orders with suppliers & Manufacturers.
- Providing clients with product and technical support
- Maintain or develop existing relationships.

Computer and product training will be provided where required.

The working hours are Mon-Fri 08:30hrs to 17:30hrs and benefits include a competitive salary, company pension scheme, 4 weeks annual holiday and an extended Christmas/new year’s break.
