Afternoon Receptionist. Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. £11.20- £12.50 per hour. Part time, immediate start.

This Afternoon Receptionist role is based in a popular and well-established school just outside of Bury St Edmunds. As an Afternoon Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work within a school that prides themselves on empowering and supporting pupilsto make meaningful life choices and contribute positively to the world around them.
**Your new role**As part of your role as Afternoon Receptionist, you will be working within the school's Visitor Reception as part of the admin team. Key duties of this role include:

- Take responsibility for greeting and dealing with visitors to the College and supporting reception at particular times of the day
- To be one of the first points of contact to answer the telephone and take messages as required.
- To manage the schools visitor management
- To be one of the first point of contacts on all issues relating to the school reception.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate member of staff
- To ensure the security and the monitoring of the front office and be responsible for all external visitors.
- To undertake such other tasks that are commensurate with the general level of responsibility and scope of the post, or as may be decided by the Principal in the context of the school's changing needs.
