Yes Developments currently has 3 locations requiring ongoing maintenance to keep them to a high standard. The role is being offered on either a full time (35 hours a week) or part time (21 hours a week) basis.

We need someone who is pro-active and can identify small jobs on an ongoing basis and prevent them from becoming large issues.

The role will be carried out over 3 sites - Plympton, Yelverton and Newton Abbot with transport provided to the Yelverton and Newton Abbot sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
