This is a fantastic opportunity for a Global Head of Sourcing with a proven background in the start-up/scale-up world, to join a high-growth disruptor in the HR Tech space, to take responsibility for building and maintaining a strong global supplier base and overseeing the smooth management of all vendors.

In this newly created role, you will be expected to:

- Collaborate extensively with the COO to establish priorities and growth strategies.
- Implement standardised playbooks and dashboards to facilitate knowledge sharing within a growing team.
- Develop an efficient, standardised process for signing contracts.
- Partner with the CSM, product, and tech teams to strategically enhance the vendor hub.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Experience within a Software/SaaS solution (prior experience working for a HR tech platform will be a huge advantage)
- Prior experience in leadership, be able to build and scale a lean and efficient sourcing, procurement, and supply chain team
- Strong communication and commercial skills to sell the solution to clients and suppliers
- Formidable negotiating skills and good understanding of contracts and governance
- The ability to handle ambiguity and convert broad supply chain ideas into concrete solutions through new partnerships and innovation
- Relationship-oriented mindset and be able to work with internal and external stakeholders to simplify problems, building concrete solutions to drive transformation
