**Things you should know**:
As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing proactive administration support within our commercial and contractual environment, ensuring the delivery of the right outcomes for both Wescot, our clients and our account holders. This is a fast paced and client facing role with excellent progression opportunities. You will be joining an experienced team and receive in-role training.

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for the development and maintenance of a library of Company/Client information
- Facilitate and track job requests to the IT department/Portfolio as required
- Collate, run and distribute ad-hoc management information reports
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team
- Assist with the preparation of information for client audits, and, where required, support the audit process through presentation of data to clients and completion of action plans
- Undertake account auditing/feedback
- Make arrangements for client visits including room bookings and refreshments
- Review and evaluate the Commercial administrative processes to improve efficiency and/or add value
- Ensure performance objectives and set targets are achieved
- Adopt a proactive approach to work by seeking additional responsibilities to support KADs/Account Exec and other CSOs
- Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures and legislation that affect the business
- Action any ad-hoc requests by KADs/Account Exec, in accordance with instructions and procedures

**Things we need from you**:

- Ability to understand and report on numerical data
- Proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Proactive, ‘can do’ attitude and approach to work
- A courteous and professional attitude
- A client focused approach
- High levels of experience in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Wescot systems would be an advantage
- Experience of working in a client relationship or account management environment is desirable but not essential
