Provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas Greet and direct customers by welcoming them,managing financial transactions as well as driving sales through engagement and sharing product knowledge

Provide accurate information, e. g.product features, technical questions, demonstration,pricing, and after - sales services

Check inventory in system or with logistic dept to ensure the right product with on-time delivery is offered to customer Report daily footfalls and visits of customers to regional manager and ask for necessary support and help. Requirements and skills

A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our showroom satisfied and you will contribute to the showroom ' s profitability.

Understanding of the retail sales process

Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

Basic math skills

Excellent communication skills an ability to learn and capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast - paced environments

Flexibility to work various shifts

Computer literate

Eagerness to succeed

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
