**Are you a Sunseeker Carpenter?**

Sunseeker Carpenters deliver bespoke carpentry work packages within small teams throughout our luxury cabins, modern kitchens and spacious bathrooms whilst working with a wide variety of timber, sheet materials and high quality wood finishes. Even when specialising on one specific boatline, our unrivalled levels of customer variation means that a Sunseeker Carpenter will soon gain their own story to tell.
- Do you hold previous, relevant, and varied experience in a carpentry environment, such as kitchen, bedroom and bathroom fittings?
- Are you confident and accurate in your ability to scribe high-value sheet materials into complex frames?
- Can you measure and cut a variety of materials to an impressive tolerance of 0.5mm?
- Have you undertaken bespoke carpentry work packages, using a variety of tools and materials?
- Do you plan your projects using scaled drawings to reduce waste, damage, and cost to drive success against targets?

**Our working patterns**
- Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30 | Overtime (x1.5) widely available
- Night Shift | Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30 | Shift premium (x1.3) applied to basic rate
- Weekend overtime is widely available, creating potential earnings of c.£40,000 per year.

**Our pay rates**
- Basic hourly rates from £13.20 to £15.50, depending on experience
- Overtime rates of up to £23.25 (x1.5 rate) and £31.00 (x2 rate, Sundays)
- Expected annual earnings of £40,000 (including overtime)
