Administration Assistant

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their office based near Inverness. This is a full time, permanent role and the pattern of working hours is as follows:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm (March to October)
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm during the winter
This is a varied and interesting role and duties include:
- Dealing with booking enquiries.
- Processing payments.
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Assisting with various admin tasks.
**Person Specification**
- Previous administration and customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills and polite and professional telephone manner.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Well organised with the ability to manage a varied workload.
