Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service and Invoicing Administrator within our Consulting, Training, & Technical Services division. In this role you will be involved in all elements of the sampling and invoicing aspects of the advisory services department. You will also support the advisory services team in the investigation of complaints, accidents, and incidents.

**What you will be doing**:
You will report to the Managed Services manager and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Communicating with sampling clients to ensure service is delivered timely and effectively
- Coordinating with couriers and testing laboratory to achieve clients KPIs
- Preparation and submission of sampling kits
- Preparation and submission of sampling results to clients
- Booking sampling testing on Laboratory online system
- Coordinating with audit team to verify and support auditors in their site sampling visits
- Respond to any sampling queries from clients
- Provide sampling reports to clients
- Investigate sampling related complaints
- Complete advisory services invoicing process monthly
- Chase suppliers for non payments
- Raise POs as required
- To support advisory services team in compiling and coordinating weekly and monthly and ad hoc reports and summaries with reference to complaints, incidents or any other reportable items

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service/administrator role
- A methodical and logical approach with good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external clients
- Ability to plan, organize, and multi-task
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to work on own initiative
- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft office software, with ability to complete complex work in word and excel
