**Job title**: Operations Leader - Reactor

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ensuring day to day operations are carried out safely and to plan, whilst ensuring correct flow of into trade teams windows
- Responsible for ensuring nuclear safety and compliance through management of procedure and processes
- Responsible for leading and solving complex technical problems to allow the continuation of the reactor build line involving a wide array of stakeholders
- You will be required to give feedback to senior management regarding progress on the build and escalating key support where required

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a broad knowledge of the operations function
- Experienced in Nuclear Reactor builds, with preference to pressurised water reactors in a naval environment
- Ability to interpret engineering outputs and produce plans for assembly
