We’re currently expanding our team at our Gatwick depot and looking to recruit Van Drivers on permanent full-time contracts.

The depot is not far from Gatwick Airport and offers lots of public transport links being close to three train stations - Crawley, Three Bridges and Gatwick Airport. There are also a number of bus stops within walk distance of the depot and the site is a short drive to the motorway. We offer onsite parking for all staff and free electric car charging points are available.

Working 40 hours per week, 5 shifts out of 7. Shift times will vary between 10am-8pm each day. Uniform provided and salary will be paid every 4 weeks.

**Pay rate for this role is £13.02 per hour including 50p per hour seasonal allowance.**

**Duties**:
You’ll deliver and collect parcels on a multi-drop basis to and from our ParcelShop & Smart Locker network, rather than customers’ homes. Our parcels are relatively light, but there's lots of them Therefore, as you'll be loading and unloading vehicles, you must be physically fit. You'll also be comfortable using safe manual-handling techniques.

**Requirements**:

- A full UK manual driving licence. Newly-qualified drivers are welcome, however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment as part of the interview process.
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- A safety-first mindset
