As a Finance Assistant, you will work collaboratively with the wider Finance Team, Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger team members to provide cover and resilience in the roles.

**Purchase Ledger**
- Process BACS payments
- Supplier Statements
- Matching and coding of Purchase orders
- Transactional processing

**Sales Ledger**
- Raise sales invoices and credit notes
- Checking of contractual documentation to invoicing

**Admin and Transactional**
- Completion of National Statistic submissions
- Submission and resolution of Timecard approvals and expenses
- Reconciliation of Expense processing (Egencia)
- Testing of System changes

**Other responsibilities**:

- Forward looking: expectation to understand credit control procedures and supporting BP's in planning and forecasting.
- Identification of manual tasks and assist with the finance journey to remove by use of systems processes, assisting with business case creation and feasibility studies.
- To assist with the preparation of product documentation, including User Guides and Impact Analysis information.
- To develop Consolidated accounting models
- To work with the training department to provide/product internal training
- Assist and cover Finance Business Partners as required
