Spray Painter

We are actively seeking a Spray Painter to join our highly skilled team. You will be required to carry out all aspects of spraying to ensure products are painted to meet production deadlines

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure company Quality and painting processes are achieved
- Maintain clean environment / housekeeping
- Assist with paint storage and stock levels
- Meet required targets on a daily and weekly basis
- Flexible to adopt to any other tasks associated with the role

**Qualifications**
- 5+ GCSE’s (Grade C & above)

**Experience & Knowledge**

Essential
- Experience in commercial spray painting

Desirable
- Experience in driving a forklift

**Abilities & Skills**
- Good literacy skills as you will need to read specification and quality sheets
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proven ability to deliver high quality work within strict time frames
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to work on own initiative & as part of a team
- Capacity to work independently
- A “can do” attitude with a strong work ethic and execution skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
