Business Account Manager

**Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an experienced Business Account Manager to work for a leading KBB manufacturer covering North London. Our client is looking for someone who is self-motivated, customer service focused, and sales driven.**

**This position is working within the Highrise contract team and will cover the area of North London, with the potential of overnight stays.**

**The Role**:

- Account management of target key contractors
- Finalising the specification pretender and submitting all the relevant information to the internal departments
- Presenting quotations and designs to the contractors post tender
- Following up with the contractors to secure new works
- Developing relationships to build further pipeline for the future
- Organising site set up meetings prior to handing over to the project management team
- Building relationships with key customer contacts
- Achieving turnover growth within existing and new accounts
- Working closely with all the other teams to ensure that customers are always receiving excellent service
- Excellent communication skills with a variety of people
- Able to sell and maintain existing relationships with the key contractors
- Able to manage multiple projects positively prior to going live on site
- Able to work well under pressure and hit maintain deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and keen to succeed
- Willing to work as part of a team
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Living within the Stratford / M25 area with easy access into Central London

This is a permanent role, working five days a week. Working hours are between 8am-5pm however, flexibility is needed due to the nature of the role. This is a field-based role.
