Assessor- Construction

**ASSESSOR- CONSTRUCTION & BUILT ENVIRONMENT (37 hours)**

If you are an experienced Construction Professional with a gift for assessing, mentoring and coaching others in business, or if looking for a new rewarding challenge

As an Assessor you will be visiting apprentices in the workplace or remotely via Microsoft Teams, carrying out reviews of progress and supporting Apprentices to End Point Assessment.

You will have a sound work record in the industry and be able to support Apprentices with the latest sector legislation and practice.

You will be assessing in the following fields:

- Construction Design
- Project Management in Construction
- Knowledge of Quantity Surveying and/ or Construction Site Engineering
- Health & Safety in Construction

**It is essential that applicants possess a** L**evel 3 or above in-Built Environment, Civil Engineering or Project Management (this can be Diploma, A levels, BTEC, HNC/ D or degree).**

**Preferably you will possess over 5 years site experience.**

Ideally, you will possess assessor/verifier qualifications; however this is not essential as full training and development can be provided.

**Salary**: £22,418.00-£25,619.00 per year
