Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's data.
**Responsibilities**:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data entries as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Maintain an organised work area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles preferred
- Proficient in typing and computer skills
- Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, printers, and copiers
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
