**Your team**:

- Fixed Income (FI) is formed of a team of 122 investment professionals located across 8 cities (Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai & New York) with USD 90bn Assets under Management. You will support the London team (circa 45 individuals) with mainly travel, expenses and booking meeting rooms together with more personalised support to two team heads, when needed.**Your role**:

- Work closely with the EA to the Chief Investment Officer on key projects/events and work as part of a wider network of team assistants, providing cover when needed and collaborating on company-wide events/offsites.
- Act as an ambassador for FI and a first point of contact for queries.
- Proactive ownership and management of diaries including coordinating video conferences across multiple time zones.
- Effectively and efficiently organise international travel including flights, hotels, transfers, arranging complex visas and preparing itineraries.
- Accurately prepare, format, and bind presentations for both client and internal meetings.
- Collate and coordinate expenses using Concur.
- Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new joiners, liaise with HR and IT where required to ensure a smooth process and integration of new joiners into the team.
- Maintain team distribution lists and absence administration.

**Your profile**:

- Significant experience in financial services as a Team Assistant supporting several individuals in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Your experience supporting multiple stakeholders with different personalities and requirements will mean that you are confident in your own decision making and have an eye for detail.
- Proactive, and highly organised, you will be able to think ahead and be solution oriented. You will be a true team player who is willing to be flexible with priorities and open to learning and taking on new responsibilities.
- Tech-savvy, you will be comfortable adjusting to new systems and operating at an intermediate level with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
