Our Stoke Community Drug and Alcohol service are looking for a part time Team Leader to join them in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse client group. If you are an enthusiastic and creative individual and are passionate about changing people’s lives for the better, we’d love to hear from you.
The Team Leader will directly link in to the Treatment and Recovery Manager, ensuring clear communication and a mutually agreed delivery of service. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for collaboratively leading the triage and assessment team to ensure a high level of performance by meeting targets and KPIs set, whilst creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff team. There'll be data analysis and administration tasks to deal with too, but that's all part of this busy and varied job that you take in your stride.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with an inspiring and engaging approach.
