POLARIS is an SEO marketing agency based in the UK. We deliver digital marketing campaigns for clients in the UK & Europe across a range of sectors including retail, b2b and finance. Due to growth, we are looking for a bright, motivated and passionate assistant to join our team as a personal assistant to the director.

Experience
- Would suit recent college/university leaver
- experience of using microsoft office including outlook, word, and powerpoint
- Must have a strong “get the job done” approach to own workload and when managing others on deliverables
- Must have excellent English writing skills, able to use language effectively and to critique other peoples writing
- Good ability for basic maths, with experience of using excel
- Genuine passion for doing your job to the highest standard without any exception
- Attention to detail in relation to office administration duties essential for the job.
- Keen organization skills with respect to logical filing and record keeping both paper and electronic.
- Ability to take notes and be proactive at all times

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the director in day to day duties to run the business
- managing diaries, booking meetings, taking minutes from meetings
- attending events, and meetings as and when required
- updating work schedules using company CRM system
- writing content in english
- Managing execution of tasks by team members due specified due dates
- Administering and checking client reporting is followed on a weekly and monthly basis
- Attending virtual and in person meetings for key accounts, supporting the head of team as required
- Attending and administrating a 2 day team planning session every month to plan the following months activity for the team, primarily around client projects and deliverables but also around agency marketing, key account deliverables and aob

This is a fantastic entry level role for someone thats got excellent organisation skills, and is motivated to kick start their career in a vibrant, dynamic company.
