We work in a multidisciplinary team approach and with excellent formal and informal support to help you manage your workload. Caseloads are set at manageable levels and we offer regular clinical and management supervision along with developmental opportunities relating to our specialist approaches e.g. cognitive behavioural therapy, behavioural family therapy skills and recovery.
