**Salary**: £43,000+ per annum

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Responsible for managing a number of service management practices through an ITIL framework
- Managing change management, release management, deployment management, IT asset management and configuration management
- Responsible for managing all Data & Analytics support related changes & releases, service assets and configuration items
- Accountable for managing changes & releases across a number of different D&A Services (Tableau, IBM Planning Analytics, Cognos Analytics etc.)
- Analysis of trends and identifying areas for improvement, taking necessary preventive and corrective actions
- Responsible for managing the tasks and resources associated with environment build and maintenance activities
- Interact with different customers / technical resources on a daily basis.

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- Experience in Change & Release Management as part of the IT Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience in Service Asset & Configuration Management utilising a Configuration Management Database
- Experience in working under an ITIL Service Management framework
- Customer service experience, strong relationship building, influencing and interpersonal skills

**Desirable**:

- ITIL Certified

**The Services Estate team**:
As the Data & Analytics (D&A) Change, Release & Config Lead, you will reside within the D&A Service Operations Team (Service Estates Team). Working within a dynamic, fast paced, customer focused Data & Analytics environment, you will be responsible for providing support to customers.
